This company claims that they are located in in Cheyenne WY. but they are not that office is a virtual office where there is no employee who is physically in that office. One of the Owners Neil Lipsky sells under the Name David Rosen - Neil Lipsky has been listed on Ripoff Report in the past for a Bait and Switch Credit Repair Scheme - He is now asking people for 3K and up to allegedly get them out of their timeshare by transferring the ownership to a travel club or a vacation club or to hire on an attorney to threaten the resort of a lawsuit if they do not release the timeshare owners. The attorney does nothing but tell the consumers to stop paying their fees and places them into default with the resort and eventually the resort will foreclose on the timeshare and ruin the clients credit score. The Transfer side of it is a Viking Ship Scam - Where the resort is placed in a llc and then eventually the llc is bankrupted - There have been laws passed to allow the resort to come after the original owner. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and THE OWNER WHO IS KNOWN TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY
