I have written complaints about this company anywhere I can to stop people from getting scammed.... so I will keep this short.
This company took our money and ran. They lied about the renters that they had lined up for our unit (they reached out to us mind you). They told us there was a 60 day money back guarantee..... when we were hesitant about the price (699) we were put on hold and offered a "discount" of 300, leaving us with a total charge of 399 with 300 due upon rental of the unit. We only agreed to move forward if we had the guarantee. He assured us that we were given the gold membership and our guarantee, but that he was so confident we wouldn't even need two months. Our sales rep, Richard Mason I believe (never able to get a hold of him after he took our credit card #), promised us a rental check within three weeks, and the sale withing three months. The company does nothing but put a crappy little add somewhere on their site that lists some minor details about your unit. They don't make the changes that you request, and they do not honor the guarantee. We have been disputing the charge with our credit card company...and the BBB (whom they have an F rating with) has closed the dispute because TimeShareRentorSEll was unwilling to come to an amicable agreement.
I challenge them to record their sales calls if they are so confident that they are selling a quality product!!!!
Anyways... I can't imagine one person being happy with their service...I'm willing to bet that they bank on people just not challenging their criminal behavior.
