To Client,
I understand that you may not have received an offer on your timeshare, but we do the advertising that we promise and if you contact our fully staffed Customer Service Dept at toll-free (888) 707-8463, we can always provide some advice or run your ad into some special promotions at no additional charge. Though you may not have yet received an offer on your timeshare, we do generate up to $1.6 million in offers on a monthly basis and we do have plenty of satisfied clients. My goal of course is to have you receive the offers that you have been expecting.
Please call our fully staffed Customer Service Dept at toll-free (888) 707-8463 and ask for Sally or Brandi; I know that we can help.

My sister has a timeshare and was very unhappy with it. She received a phone call from these people who stated they could sell or rent her timeshare but they required her to put money down first. She had tried to get rid of her timeshare contract through the timeshare company itself but the amount of time they gave her to get out of her contract had passed, so she gave them the money.
Timeshare by Owner never rented or sold her property. Then they wouldn't return her phone calls. We spent a long time trying to find a reputable company for resales and haven't found one.
In our search we did find a company that does disputes for charges like this. They don't charge any upfront fees, they take a percentage out of the funds that are recovered. It took three months but they did recover my sisters money. There was a lot of phone calls involved and she spent a lot of time gathering more information because of rebuttals. I hope this can help you guys.
We were also told that if a company is asking for an upfront fee it is probably not legit.
