Ohio ripoff; dead beat only cares about himself Dad kidnapped my daughters, and clark county let him get away with it .....

2.5 years ago I divorced my abusive husband of 15yrs., we have 2 daughters. During the separation he continued to abuse me, he was found guilty for contempt of court.

He was placed on 1yr., probation in lieu of jail time. 2months later I was granted full custody of our daughters. During one of his visitations the girls were never returned to me.

I went to his residence. On the advice of my attorney and he told me to take my divorce papers to prove that I had custody.

I did but when I tried to get my daughters and not by force he pushed me and grabbed me and he called the police and I was arrested.

I asked for my right to speak to my attorney I was denied and I also asked for my rights I was denied. I was handcuffed and searched by 2 police officers.

I still do not have my children. This person still is not abiding by any of the judges orders the judge doesn't even stand behind his orders.

Custody was given to a man that was on probation during the time which he committed another crime,kidnapping.

One year ago I lost custody of my daughters because I was not present for the hearing. I never was told about a hearing.

This man told me 2.5 years ago that he would make sure that I would crash and burn. What about my daughters? I think he will make sure they crash and burn too.
