I am not a child molestor, nor am I an extortionist.

Mr. Ray misrepresented himself as a high dollar camera man from California.

The home that he purchased from me, the builder offered their in house financing. Through a mortgage broker and my great negotiation's we helped Mr. Ray save $1,000's. Had He taken the builders incentive he would have been $40,000.00 more IN NEGATIVE EQUITY. This was a HUGE saving's to him.

After knowing Mr. Ray for a longer period of time, it was very obvious that his true goal was a pipe dream to GET RICH QUICK!

Mr. Ray is now using me as a scape goat after not following my sound advice.


Against my advise, he purchased a location that has felt the economic crunch more than others.

After Mr. Ray moved to Arizona we continued our association. He asked if he could work for me by using his photographic talents and marketing ability.

As Mr. Ray was working with me we formed a mutual business. We held financial ties together.

As time passed I recognized that he did not have gainful employment nor did he have any high dollar contacts. His attempt to use me for employment was nothing more than extortion. This prompted me to do background research on him. This yielded sexual molestation charges in California. When confronted with this information, Mr. Ray asked me for a powerful legal contact that I had, should these problems from his past arise. This prompted me to terminate our association.

It is obvious from this web page, Mr. Ray knew about the proposed settlement from my ex-husband and his extortion attempts increased. He is utilizing this forum to defame and harass me both personally and professionally.


In these tough economic times we as realtors need to be more aware of who approaches us. At no time did I force Mr. Ray to purchase anything. As a Professional I gave him advise to the contrary. Due to an impropable outcome
I can not be held accountable for someone elses bad choices.

Gladys Lopatofsky was my Realtor when buying a home in Arizona and I have contacted the following regarding her breach of our verbal agreement and ensuing incurred debt, and loss of my home.

As of September 25, 2008 the arrest warrant has been has been quashed and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has been ordered to remove my name from their web site.

It doesn't matter if Glady's had a felony or doesn't have a felony. That point is moot when it comes to the care of the children. If Glady's is the custodial parent then she is entitled to the support. It appears that the father is upset about his financial responsiblity to his children and willing to mudsling Glady's name. What is sad is that one day the kids might see this and feel a certain way. Dad, just make arrangements to pay the support cause you might need them same kids some day.

Timothy Lopatofsky continues to tell Lies. What he failed to DISCLOSE was the felony charges being DISMISSED.

I hold a current Real estate License in the state of Arizona which is proof that I was never convicted of a felony. Again, Timothy Lopatofsky, Founder of BILLSOFT continues to derogatize my name and character in order to deflect attention from the matter at hand:

1) Two felony convictions by Superior Court of Arizona, Yavapai County on July 11, 2005.

2) A conviction by the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County for, Unlawful Use of Power of Attorney on October 17, 2000

3) Gladys also uses the names of Gladys Isaacs and Gladys Ann Eke.

It is unfortunate, BillSoft Founder and CEO, Timothy Lopatofsky is a Liar, Cheater and Scam Artist and unethical and is not concerned with the truth.

Timothy Lopatofsky has had a child support arrest warrent in the state of Arizona since 2002. This warrent was updated in 2008 after several years of Timothy once again contemptuoulsy not following the Judge's orders.

Timothy hid himself and concealed his wherabouts for over 12 years, all along developing a multi-million dollar company and chose not to support his family. He conducts his legal affair's long distance by telephonic appearance and out of state attorney's. It is obvious he wishes to avoid incarceration in the state of Arizona.

He has manipulated the courts of three different states with falsified information.
Forum shopping, to acheive results to his benefit and not that of his children. The truth speaks louder than lies. Timothy Owes $382,000.00 in child suppoort and it is obvious he continues with more smoke and mirrors rather than helping his children. Timothy Lopatofsky, Founder of Billsoft, at this serious juncture in his life, would try to gain sympathy through more deciet an lies rather than live up to his parental responsibilty and a father to his children.

Mr. Lopatofsky was given proper notice of all court proceedings and he chose once again not to participate and in hindsight continues to blame everyone but himself.

This is another example of his avoidance of his MORAL and ETHICAL RESPONSIBILTY to his children. Obviously, Timothy Lopatofsky has written his own discalimer, that once your child emancipates, they are no longer your children. Not to mention Timothy tried to hide as long as possible until his children were emanicapted. Fortunetly, thank's to the States of Arizona Attorney Generals office, they located him and put and end to his charade's. Not to mention in the process Timothy Lopatofsky hid all his asssets defrauding his known creditor, (his children) and conveying them to Vicki Klein and making her the President of BillSoft ONLY on PAPER.

As far as allegations concerning my character: I have never been convicted of a felony and Timothy Lopatofsky is mud slinging about my character trying to deflect the attention away from himself and all of his wrongdoings.

This is a wake up call that Timothy Lopatofsky refuses to answer. Timothy is so concerned about his image he would rather spend countless 1,000 's of dollars on attorney's fighting his moral obligation. He should be a bigger man to all of us and be a father to his children
(no matter what age) and unfold his check book and pay off his obligation to his children. Timothy has brought all this on himself. Had he done what was right from the beginning there would be no topic of conversation today. His interest on his UNPAID SUPPORT continues to accumualte. My children want justice.

As Timothy's former spouse, I have only sought to do what is right and be my children's advocate. They are humen beings and Timothy continue's to inflict deep emotional scarring that will not heal. What kind of a Man is he, Really???

I am providing this statement in response to a recent press release in the State of Arizona wherein Sheriff Joe Arpaio and my former spouse, Gladys Lopatofsky, have apparently labeled me as a poster child for "deadbeat dads". I also have come to understand that my former spouse, without notification to myself, had initiated new court proceedings in the State of Arizona, without my being represented, resulting in a child support arrest warrant with a bond of nearly $400,000.

I am in the process of retaining an attorney in Arizona to address this issue. I also note that I have paid child support as ordered and without interruption from the time it was ordered in 1989 until it terminated in June of 2006. I provided health insurance for my children and both of my children with Gladys Lopatofsky have been adults for a number of years. There is a large outstanding amount due on the account which is the result of a ruling that was adverse to me in 2001.

The effect of that ruling retroactively modified my support obligations going back approximately 11 years and resulted in a large arrearage, the majority of which is currently interest. I have and continue to pay on the arrearage as ordered by both the Arizona and Kansas courts. As these situations show Gladys Lopatofsky and I have been in heated litigation for a long time. I will continue to address these issues through the court system and obey all laws and decisions.

I would also note that Gladys Lopatofsky has been convicted of felonies and misdemeanors for crimes of dishonesty, moral turpitude and theft in the State of Arizona and her alliance with the Maricopa County Sheriff is most unusual.

I am a former employee of BillSoft (and a former victim of Tim Lopatofsky and his ruthlessness). I always wondered what was up with his first marriage, etc. In the summer of 2000, BillSoft was still a small company. Tim's son called and left a sort of "tell-all" message in my voice mail. Up to that point, none of us knew Tim had ever been married before, let alone that he had kids for whom he was supposed to be paying child support. Given that we were all invited to his and Vickie's wedding, I brought it to Tim's attention. He assured me that he was up to date on his child support payments, and he suspected his first wife was just trying to make his life difficult since he was re-marrying. I left it at that.

Over the course of the next few months, Tim's behavior became strange. He began spending almost all his time at home and on a farm he and Vickie had recently purchased. Given that he was quite the micro manager by nature and was the only person entrusted to work with the code for our main product, we were beginning to see a significant backlog of work piling up. Several of us met to coordinate a meeting with him. At one point, I made the stupid mistake of blurting out something like, "If things don't change, I'm going to be looking for another job - and I wouldn't be surprised if ---- and ---- leave, too!" Well, that conversation was reported back to Tim. The good news is that Tim immediately started showing up for work every day. The bad news is, he brought along his new wife, Vickie, who was (in my opinion) not competent to perform any useful function for the company. She would spend much of her day in her office (across from mine) with their screaming newborn child. While she was collecting a BillSoft paycheck as an office manager with responsibilities for accounts payable, she was also receiving compensation as a contractor for the company.

The person who had reported the conversation to Tim had also mentioned my idle threat to leave.

To make a long story shorter, I was fired within about 3 months. I was assured he would not fight my application for unemployment compensation, so I was shocked when I found out I was denied the unemployment. I fought it and lost (having moved out of state by the time of the appeal hearing). One of the reasons he had listed for my being fired was that I had started spending most of my time in my office with my door closed (because his newborn son was wailing away in the adjacent office). But the zinger was his assertion that I had - without his knowledge - installed illegally obtained software on employees' computers. I say it was a "zinger" because it was software he pleaded with me to purchase - with his credit card - because of my status as a college student at the time. In other words, I was able to acquire the software with a substantial academic discount, and he benefited from that by having the software installed on his and several other programmers' workstations. I later reported that to Microsoft; while they were very anxious to get my report, I don't know whether they ever did anything with it.

So, the long and short of it is that I tend to believe the story of Tim being a deadbeat dad. It sure makes a lot of sense, and the pattern seems to match the way he ripped me off. He seems to think he is simply entitled to things - "I don't have to pay anyone for anything! I am above all that!" Whether you are one of his children, one of his employees, or even the world's biggest software company.
