Complaint Review: Tina Eller

She explained to me how she met an African guy who promised heaven and earth and wanted to marry her. the African man told her of an investment opportunity in Africa and convinced her to come along with lots of money. she said he had intentions to take the mone and leave her alone. She later claimed she took the money and traveling boxes and deposited it with a security/insurnce company there in Africa in order to save her assets. She said she came down with $1.8 million dollars and that she needed to pay off the security clearnce fees of 750 dollars. she insisted that she  had 1.8 million dollars inside her luggage along with her documents. She said she needed me to pay the 750.00 and have the box sent to me while she will come over to me to spend a new life together. She later said she made arrangements for the delivery cause she obtained customs papers for private delivery and check performed. She said the box has security lock code known to her only and the box cannot be opened except she tell the code.i gave her 700 dollars to cover the security clearance fees, but she later told me she needed to pay advance payment of 3000 and once it's opened she will pay 7000 making it 10,000. This led me to believe that I;m a victom of this scam operation by a manipulative women.
