Complaint Review: Tina Hyslop

These people are gross in every way. They had to surrender 81 dogs (yes, you read that right!) to animal control after a warrant was executed due to the poor living quality outside AND inside the house and the mass amount of dogs in their possesion without a kennel or breeder license as they are backyard breeders. It wasn't just Tina this time involved, its also her husband Will, bil Jeremy, and Father Charles. Rumor has it just like the other places they have been they have stolen items and destroyed property that does not belong to them, plus they are dirty hoarders.

This is the type breed they are. They are now living on vacant land in a camper, all together, (with more animals...) without water or sewer.... Don't listen when they tell the tale of having a home in GA, as this is where and how they live in MICHIGAN... They file falsified documents in the county, hide animals, and also like to lie under oath. Don't worry though, everyone (county,twps,neighbors,police, victims,etc) is done with their bs and it has finally caught up with them. The law is agaisnt them this time and there is many laws they have broken and is actively being persued against them(This is what I hear..). Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!!!!

On June 1st of 2006 at 2:30 in the afternoon , Tina Hyslop,Josie Lamere (tinas sister) and Latish Hyslop (Tinas daughter) pulled into my drive way with Josies truck and horse trailer.It should be noted that Josie Lamere was on probation for a larceny at the time of this theft (case #06p1846sm).They ignored My no trespassing signs, opened my gates that were chained shut ,removed My electric fence, broke into My barn which was closed and removed My horse from his stall. They loaded my horse into their trailer, and transported him directly to the amish in brown city Mi. Once there, they had him gelded! This horse was later appraised at a conservative value of $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 at the time he was gelded. They then hid My horse at Fred Fenner and Joyce Yeashevich home located at *****.It should also be noted that these people were aware that this horse had been stolen.

On June 2nd Tina Hyslop and Josie Lamere attempted to sell My horse at an aucion in Marlett but were tipped off that I was waiting with police,and turned around. My horse was recovered on June 4th of 2006 by the Mi state police and returned to My home where He resides to date. The state police completed a criminal investigation and filed charges with the prosecuting attourneys office.

The day this happened , I contacted My neighbors who witnessed what had happened. I made multiple calls to the st. Clair county sheriffs departments dispatch center requesting a deputy. Their dispatcher refused to send Me a deputy and instructed Me to confront these thieves Myself! After realizing I was not going to receive any help from the sheriffs department, I contacted the Mi state police. They were unable to help me at that time because they were handling a homicide in New Baltimore.

I started calling the sheriffs dept at 5:30 in the afternoon and at 11:00 pm at night had decided I would take the sheriffs dispatchers advice. I confronted the woman on the county rd. She two wayed her husband ( Willard Hyslop , a convicted fellon who confessed to sexually assaulting a fourteen month old child , giving this child genital warts case # 92-2730). Directly after that call,Tina called 911. From that point on every thing was recorded by 911. Thirty seconds into the 911 call Tina states " ok now the guy has a gun " What she failed to mention , was that it was her husband who had run out into the county rd with a shot gun pointed at two unarmed men having a verbal discussion with one of three people who had just stolen My property.

What both these people were unaware of is that I was on My second concealed weapons permit, and only produced My fire arm after I seen her husband with the shot gun pointed directly at My brother and I ( It should be noted that the shot gun in Willards posession according to the Hyslops statement serial # R070940 belonged to their son Nicholas vermeulen. who was being housed at the sheriffs dept and is now doing six to twenty five years in prison for multiple fellony charges case #k06-685FH). I disarmed her husband , yelled at him for coming out with the shot gun and returned home,all of which is on the 911 tape which I retain. I and My brother were arrested in front of my daughter ,charged with fellonious assault . My hand gun was confiscated and the shot gun was returned to the Hyslops,( a gun in the posession of a fellon and owned by a fellon in jail) The deputies threatened putting My daughter in child protective services. We were interogated until 2:30 AM.

The deputies continually stated that their dispatcher would not instruct us to confront these people our selves and that we had not called the sheriffs dept. At apprximately 2:30 Am we were released after the deputies learned that their dispatcher had in fact refused both police presence ( a violation of My 14th amendment rights ,equal protection of the law) and instructed Me to confront these people myself! I later learned that the deputies who had arrested us had known Willard Hyslop from working charity soft ball events between the sheriffs dept and the Kenockee twp volunteer fire dept although these deputies were not aware that Willard Hyslop is a confessed and convicted sex offender. Yes My fire dept had known for two years that this guy is a sex offender and never told the public. They even went so far as to send him to My daughters elementary school to interact with our children at the school fun fair( which I retain a copy of a picture of Willard on top of the fire truck at the school surrounded by children signed and dated by the parent who took it !) Do'nt worry shortly afterwords I attended My board meeting and informed the public. He was removed shortly after , although some of our fire fighters supported him. And our assistant fire chief Adam Monroe tried to brush Me under the rug by taking My name and phone number and never calling!

After being released the charges were dropped on My brother and I. My gun was returned to Me and I given My third concealed weapons permit. I have continually pursued criminal charges for all the people involved with My prosecuting attourney ( Michael Wendling , who refuses to prosecute them. MR. Wendling states that He knows I owned the horse (property) at the time of the theft and has acknowledged that what they did was illegal but will not prosecute them because of the way I handled this situation ( It should be noted that MR. Wendling is also a volunteer firefighter for EmmeTT and was seen at the green wood twp hall having a conversation with Tom Skelton (kenockee twp fire chief ) and Willard Hyslop! My question is if I was arrested because the deputies knew Willard Hyslop previously ( good old boy justice ) and did'nt do their jobs, what are the chances that MR. Wendling also knows these people? I believe thats a fair question , Do'nt You? I just completed a civil law suit against Tina Hyslop ( case #K 08-000692cz ) ,in circuit court. I represented Myself (pro per ) and the Hyslops hired an attourney. I had god ,My evidence and the truth and won hands down. I also collected My settlement. But I now demand justice. Tina Hyslop is well known for being a thief.

I have a taped conversation and signed statement from a person in green wood twp who found tina hyslop in his barn holding a lead line in 2004. He states there is no doubt in his mind that she was attempting to steal his horse. Tinas blue dodge and horse trailer were parked at the end of his drive way on the road. First off, I was there when the Ingles made the deal of making payment for Dandy. I went with the Ingles and Hyslop when Dandy was being walked down the road to Ingles farm. I was standing right there when Hall walked his nosy butt across the road asking tons of questions about Dandy. He even was bragging how he raises and trains Rottweiler dogs for the police. Bragged how all you needed to do was get the dogs fighting by throwing puppies into the cage with a couple of the bigger dogs. Once they get a taste of ripping them younger dogs apart they are trained to do anything. He is a wacky job!!! So he is a LIAR about never seeing, meeting, talking or whatever to the Hyslop's before they repo'd Dandy. It was brought back to the Hyslop's by three people Dandy was being hidden at Hall's and was standing at stud and for sale by Ingles. I was with Tina and two others several times as witnesses when she attempted to collect Dandy from Ingles. He was missing from Ingles farm the whole time and being hidden. Another thing I was there the night Hall and his brother came on foot to Hyslop's and pulled a hand gun on Tina, then when her husband tried to scare them off not knowing who was attacking his wife at the end of their driveway with a empty shot gun, Hall tried to shoot her husband too. Help him at gun point- gun at his temple- and the other 2 people in yard and myself could hear him yelling are you ready to die mother f$cker!!! OVER AND OVER, until he heard the cops coming. Then Hall and his bro took off running down the road back to his house. This was documented on police reports and 911 recordings. As far as posting claim numbers, wow when I looked your family up you and your wife had some too. So frigin what, I think you need to quit making peoples records sound out worse then what they are. In addition, as far as Tine hubby goes, no she did not testify against him you dipshit. In addition, you only speak of certain things from that issue; you do not mention how the baby was never touched, that the baby had a venereal disease right from birth. As far as ownership of Dandy, well Tina bought that horse back in 2004, and his papers was transferred right after receiving them in 2004, not a year after Hall claims she stole the horse from him. Hall never owned the horse; he was merely hiding stolen property for the Ingles. Either way it don't matter, Tina told the lawyer since Hall ruined the horse mentally and physically she did not want the horse back, and if she did get him back she was donating him to another farm to keep him from ever being hurt again by Hall. There are tons of pictures of this horse from the day Tina bought him to the day he left her farm to go to Ingles, to after being repo'd. The only time the horse looked his real weight and UN scarred was when he was in Hyslop's care. He was a true 1200# and was well mannered. Dandy is also trained to rope cattle and ranch work. That is what he was raised for in Oklahoma.
As far as Hall, saying people all over are saying this and saying that, and about horse auctions. Well I go to these auctions, and the Hyslop's are treated like family at all of them. I see people around them visiting all the time at these auctions. I never heard about a bad issue ever. They all act like family there. I only have seen Hall there when he is posting bull crap writing that he thinks gets people's attention. Hall does need to get a grip and a life. He must be miserable to live his time on this planet harassing people. Dandy is skinny, probably has not had his hooves trimmed since Tina had them done on 6-1-06! Another thing, anyone that has raised and bred horses knows you do not ride them until they are over 3 yrs old and some wait till older. I saw with my own eyes Hall riding a 1 yr old baby horse down the road. I also saw this same baby horse at a younger age being dragged down the road while tied to a black horse. It could barely keep up and keep all four hooves on the ground. There were even marks on the road from the poor thing being dragged. Hyslop's need to ignore this person, and he needs to get a real life of his own instead of trying to steal theirs. I read his deposition that was taken by the attorney. Moreover, he admits has never been a breeder or raised horses. That he was planning to make big bucks starting out with Dandy. He had another horse person(bev mccallum) write a false 3 page letter claiming the horse was valued over $15,000 and due to the gelding of him he was ruined for breeding purposes (which he was sterlile for breeding to begin with per covering over 20 mares and no foals born from any of the breedings over a 6-8 month breeding period, which ingles knew this and was the reason for them having him gelded right after getting him to their home per our agreement). Hall claims he has a foal from this horse, but the birthing date and time of conception are way off for this to be possiable. The horse(Dandy) was casterated 2 months before the conception date of this so called foal. What he is not also mentioning is how he used his daddy law enforcement carrer to get him out of jail for pulling a hand gun on us, and for injury our daughter and her horse.

The horse(Dandy) I got from lady in Owosso. He to this day is still in our name with APHA, and was reported stolen to them from the begining by US! Even after that Hall tried to forge paper work to falsly get the registration papers on this horse. This horse(Dandy) was to injured by him(Hall) to even think about moving or selling. He claims the police caught us trying to run the horse(Dandy) thru Marlette Auction. He was under medical care in Emmett, MI. NO auction was involved at all. No charges were brought on us, cause Sherriff and State knew the horse was owned by us. The state police made the mistake of retreiving the horse from us and handing it back to him per not checking out all the facts first. And the officer was given a forged reciept saying I sold horse to Hall). After the horse was back in his possesion, we had to fight in court. The courts didnt really deal with it, they sent it to a mediation of 3 lawyers to figure out. He was trying to sue for $1,000,000,000.00 at first and then changed it to $100,000.00 for some odd reason. He put in his thing he was sueing for metal damages and loss of income from said horse. Due to horse never producing anything DNA'd to him from the time we did the first sale agreement to today, he was denied the amount, and given $1000.00 for the expense of taking us to court. The $1,000 was donated by township residents because he put them all thru hell also. They figured pay it and he would go away. Well he hasnt, he stalks people still, harasses them still, and went as far as going after the proscutor(mike wendling) to be removed from office! Nice guy huh???? Photos of the injuries from Hall beating on Dandy taken minutes of when we first got him back. Think about this folks...... if he was a true an honest person (Hall) he would of never been HIDING Dandy to begin with!!! He knew that Dandy was not paid for by Ingles yet. Ingles knew what they were doing to, so they are just as guilty, trying to get out of paying for Dandy. They had several times they coul of handed him back over and be honest and tell us they could not pay. But instead Hall came up with a sceme and they followed. Justice will be served one day. Hall will piss off the wrong person doing what he lives to do. Some people aren't as nice as us, some people take matters in their own handds like Hall likes to do when he uses his gun to terrify adults and lil kids.

I'm not going to waste my time defending myself or anyone else involved anymore. The people that know the truth support us fully. Life is to short to let some a*****e neighbor be a tick on my a*s all the time. If others want to speak out go ahead. As far as Hall making claims about voice recordings and suck, well lets just say he has been busted more then a few times faking them,lol...... People are what they are, and with people like Hall on the loose who needs the Anticrist.
