Tina Moore and I purchased 3052 S Grape Way Denver together with Bill Ward. Bill Ward and Tina Moore somehow refi the property into Tina Moore’s name and added her husband Steve Moore to the deed/loan. All this was done without my knowledge. Bill received his investment back but left me high and dry. Tina stopped returning my calls. I retained an attorney.
