Complaint Review: Tiny Computers

Tiny Computers Inc ripoff/disconnected phone no's, address to get customer/technical service Tacoma Washington ..... Please correct spelling of my first name deleting last a. When purchasing my Tiny Power Image 733 Computer in Valencia, CA I also purchsed the Platinum Onsite Warranty in June, 2000. I am in need of someone to come to my home to help with a problem I am having regarding some lost files that I have no idea on how to try to retrieve, cannot print screen, system locks up and have to exit maually. At one time I did stop at the Valencia store looking for assistance as could send emails, but not receive. One of the staff told me to enroll in a class at one of the community colleges. Big help, wasn't it. I have been seriously ill these past two years and have not been able to sit and try to figure out what is worn and I don't know anyhow. I realize there is a restore disk, but from what I have read, I don't want to lose material as some consumbers have written about. On March 24, 2003 I tried to email Web www.tiny.com and system would not accept. The help line number (1-877-453-4313)claimed to be available 24/7 along with every phone number I have tried have all been disconnected. I then tried to mail a copy of the email via U.S.Postal service to: 6704 Tacoma Mall Blvd., Suite 111, Tacoma, WA 98409 and the letter was returned undeliverable this past week. On April 3, 2003 on way home from LA hospital, stopped by the Valencia mall and the Tiny Computer store no longer exists. Before my 3-year warranty will no longer be in effect, I only want to be able to contact someone to come into my home and fix the problem.
