I purchased a Tiny Computer in 2000 with a great hope of my first computer. It took me a while to decide but i decided to go with Tiny since it offered what i thought was a great package. Their customer service was quick to answer my calls and buying the computers, BUT when i recieved the computer they sent me the wrong items, i.e.: package of optional items. They never resolved it after i asked to replace it. a month later the computer began to show problems and i was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED at the problems it produced. Later in time when i was familiar with computers i realized there was a 600 INSTEAD OF 800 Mhz processor, used hard drive, and used memory cards with a WRONG MOTHERBOARD and a fualty 300 dollar samsung COMBO burner! i called customer service and tech support but one day realized THEY LEFT WASHINGTON! it seems that they werent getting enough business in the states as they hoped. Im planning on sueing the company for 1. stopping our warranties 2. refusing tech support 3. supplying us with faulty equipment. Anyone with more info please post below.
