In December of 2000, I purchased a Tiny computer from a showroom in CA, at the time of purchase I also paid extra for the three year platinum warranty service. After my computer crashed less than a year later I was able to access support. The support person was able to help me get my computer back on-line, for a short time at least.

After my computer crashed the second time, I tried all my restore disks, but they would not repair my computer to working order. I tried accessing Tiny again' but was met with disconection messages. I tried information, but wasn't able to find current numbers.

Due to the unforseen death of my son, I forgot or didn't care for a long time, about my computer sitting un-used and un-accessable. Life is getting back to normal, but my computer stll hasn't reached that state. Even though I have it running yet again, it constantly crashes(sometimes ten times a day) and I recieve error messages on a regular basis.

I have tried accessing Tiny through the internet, but the site does not accept my model number or my warranty number and I don't have the money for international calls that cost 1l per minute on top of regular charges. So here I sit with a computer with "disablities", when I paid for a computer with the specifications of a "genius".
