Complaint Review: Tiny Darlings

We paid the entire amount for a puppy ($950.00) through paypal on 11/24/04 from Jan at Tinydarlings.com. She showed us one photo of the puppy 1 day old before we paid and after she recieved payment, we never got updates on photos or anything. After we complained and emailed her being extremely worried, she will send us an email saying there is nothing to worry about and that she did email us on updates.

We didnt hear from her until I emailed on the week the puppy was suppose to be sent and she emailed saying the puppy has had kennel cough and wont be ready until the end of the month. After that she never emailed back or anything. We got suspicious and demanded a full refund, and told her how unhappy we were. A few emails later of complaints she said she understands , is sorry and will refund us in full. When I try calling her or leave messages she never calls back and tells me she never got it. We dont know how else to get our refund back and have contacted our credit company which will be looking into the matter soon. It soured our desire to get a puppy, I even took PTO work to stay at home with the puppy that week she promised it would be delivered. We couldn't believe her lack of communication, concern and service. We just want our refund back asap.
