Tiny Miss Tennessee/Mindy Patterson aka Mindy Sparkman or Mindy Diehl Advertised for beauty pageant , took money, never had pageant and refused to refund the money Old Hickory, Tennessee
Ms. Patterson advertised for the pageant to be held in Oct 2011. She cancelled and rescheduled for January. In January nobody could find her.
She then resurfaced and rescheduled again for March. She cancelled less than 24 hours before the pageant was to begin.
Now she refuses to refund the entry fee. She has $500.00 of my money not to mention the money that I spent on clothes and the days I missed work for nothing.
MIndy Patterson is guilty of fraud, false advertisement and stealing money from her contestants.
