Complaint Review: tiny teacup world shelly

Shelly from tiny teacup world is a Liar and is misleading people to think that she raises these cute adorable puppies and takes such good care of them.  When in reality all she really does is pretend to be an interested person who is just looking for a pet to love,  to get you to sell her your puppy not knowing she is a puppy broker and is just going to turn around a re sell your dog for thousands.  we think she is giving our pups a forever home with her and her family, come to find out she is already advertising them on line on her website www.tiniestteacuppuppies.com    as a up coming puppy and asking for thousands.     she is telling people her pups are loving raised and will be a certain size and she has no clue as to how the pup was raised or who the parents are or has never even seen them nor does she know anything about them because she is just purchasing it for  a reasonable price that most people will give to someone to be able to make it easy on them and get a nice quality puppy. which she haggles the price down so she can get it as cheap as she can and make a much better profit for herself.  she is misleading, and a liar,  when confronted with this  you offer her her money back and to give you the puppy back since it was intended for a forever home  with her as her pet and not for resale to the highest bidder she will say too bad  the dog is hers now and she can do as she pleases.  but she once again is wrong, she fills out contracts with other breeders  swearing that is will be her pet. and it strictly says  on those contracts that is not intended  for resale,   she trys to out smart people by using a different email when inquiring about the pup she wants to buy from you and does not use her business email,  and she uses a cell phone number for you to call her at which is not the same number as her business number, and when she calls you the number she is calling from is restricted.   she will not  give her address instead uses the excuse that they are moving soon so she gives you a PO Box number to mail her any paperwork .      i would have never known if i did not catch her at the airport delivering a puppy at the same time as i was,  and even then she never turned to face me she had her back to me the whole time trying to hide, and rushed out of there.    I asked the   airline, and they confirmed, they know her by first name and say she is a broker and ships several different breeds,   so i go on her website and there she has the pup she just purchased from me advertised on her available page as well as 2 other pups she was supose to pick up from me. she trys to be smart and has no photos on there that she can say those are not the same dogs,  but askes you to email her so she can send you information,   well i did, i used my sons email  pretending to be interested in one of the pups and asked to see photos   and it was my pup she had just picked up from me 2 days prior,     dont belieive this woman who is willing to go to these lengths  to try and deceive people out of their puppies pretending to give them loving homes.  when all she is interested is in makeing her money by selling someone elses hard work in raising these loving tiny babies, and her trying to pass it off as a product of her work.   she will rip you off   beware this shelly and tiny teacup word.  they are nothingh but liars, thieves, and missleading  she is nothing  but a middle man marking up the price on nice quality dogs that someone else invested their time, love, and devotion.
