Complaint Review: Tip Top Roofing Of Texas

We contracted Mr. Kevin Finley to put a New Roof on our new home in 2001. In 2003, the roof shingles that have a thirty year Guarantee began blowing off of the roof in light and heavy winds. Turns out that Tip-Top-Roofing of Texas and Kevin Finley installed the 1). Starter strips incorrectly, 2). The nails were too short which did not hit the plywood and 3). The nails werw in the wrong place according to Certainteed who will not warranty the roof, and why should they? Tip-Top-Roofing of Texas gave a ten year labor warranty that he now does not honor. So beside contacting this site, I called the INS, Border Patrol and the Internal Revenue Service only to learn that not only does he bring illegal aliens into the State of Texas and employ them, but does not pay taxes to the State of Texas and the Internal Revenue Service for its employees. He also does not pay any county taxes to Travis County or registered with the County. I have filed a legal and lawful complaint against this company with the Texas Attorney General and with Homeland Security because this guy is bringing in and employing illegal aliens and undocumented workers who may be another terrorist attempting to blend into our nation and strike at any time. If you hear from this guy, call your local State Homeland Security Office, IRS Ofice and Run if he try's to install a roof on your home.
