Complaint Review: Tiran Zaken/Quick-Sell Liquidators

I, too fell for the ad in "Money Making Opportunities" and like a fool, didn't check out the company first. I stumbled upon this wonderful website when trying to access Tiran Zaken's website of all things! I did receive the information but became skeptical when they wanted to sell me a stationery package and resource directories for an additonal $700.

That's when I decided to go on-line to see what I could find. Unfortunately, they have my money. I received the package 3/11 and was on the phone 3/12 to demand a refund,and did get through and talked to a woman with broken english who didn't know anything. She said I had to talk to "Marcy", who of course wasn't in.

I called again - same situation. I left a message for a return call but have heard nothing. I then sent a fax relating same information and agreed to return the whole program and drop the matter if they would refund my $174. I left my name and phone number. They've had enough time to respond, so I now want to do whatever I can to nail this SOB. I am planning to contact the Attorney General in both NY and California.

I've read the many negative comments on this website about other people's dealings with Quick-Sell and these are people who actually got deals together, but no follow-through with Zaken, Nick Lasorsa.

It looks like they are in business only to take our money! I've just written to "Money Making Opportunities" and advised them to take a look at the rip-off website and refuse to run Zaken's ads. This low-life will ruin their publication, and the readers' faith in them.
