How embarrassing. We had our whole den made int oan office just for The Zaken, Quick Sell Company. We purchased machines, cabinets, desks, chairs, also the internet hooked up. Several phone lines and one for fax. We purchased the postal cards, cards, and all stationary, the lifetime directories. In other words we have spent thousands of dollars. This does not enclude all the many hours we spent calling potential customers. We thought we had made sales only to find out the whole company is a fraud.

How embarrassing. What about the companies that had faith in us and now are left holding the bag? What must these customers think of us? We put thousands of dollars into our home office only to find out that we were scammed big time.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. BEWARE OF FALSE PROMISES!!!

We are on a very fixed income, and one of us left a very good paying job to be home based with this company. We are both at the age where jobs are difficult to obtain.

Please beware of this company and do not let this happen to you.

To the Zaken Company:

We had deals in the works, 5 truckloads of cookies, and then we call our manager Nick Lasorsa and he stated that Zaken Company was a ripoff and that letters were being written to the clients that all was off. I tried to reach Zaken Company and got voice mail but could not leave message because the box was full. I had my client call me about his cookie sale, but had to tell him deal was off. We had other deals, 99 cent store to liquidate, jewelry in the works, lotions deal already submitted. We are at a loss and don't know which way to turn. Don't know if we have a company or not. We can't get any answers over the phone as no one answers and no room for message either in New York or California. We have worked very hard to get things going. We have another company that has product to sell, but don't know if we still have a company to work for?????? We certainly would like someone to get intouch with us or send a fax to us to let us know what is happening???? Phone us..We are here and are both retired and wanted this business to work for us and all parties concerned. We are waiting. Contact us through this website.

Sincerely

Floyd & Corda

EDitor's Comment .. Tri, a question for you

#140

Thu, October 17, 2002

Dear Tri, can I call you Tri?

It's Rip-off Reports policy the victims ONLY give their first name, city and state. If you really wanted to, you could figure out who most of the victims are.

Here's a question for you. How come we have over 300 e-mailed complaints to the Rip-off Report and over 60 Rip-off Reports filed against you? Are they all liars? Hmmmm?

Obviously not everyone agrees that your one of the best in B2B relations.

We have all their information to contact them, only if you are willing to refund their money.

Tri, give us a special contact number and person to deal with, to give a complete refund for all the people who feel ripped off, and we will have them contact you immediately. But you won't do that, will you?

O' and how come you don't return calls from your victims and, when most of your victims do call they get a message that your mail box is full?

Dear Randy,

Apparently, each person who submit to the internet, is not willing to provide his full name, and therefore it's almost impossible to find out about you in our records, and to attempt to help you out in your dispute.

Furthermore, most likely, you were not eligible for a refund, according to a contract you signed, which was your order form.

It is unfortunate, that people, who most likely did not even try to make the business work, but are doing a very good job in ruining for everyone else.

To your information, our associates close deals almost every week. Those who understand, that a home business is just like any other business, in one difference - less expenses, are the ones who make the money. The others, who dream on "easy money" or "money for nothing" does NOT have any chance in this business, or in any other.

Our customer service is one of the best in B2B relations. We don't teach our people to be nice, we hire them as nice people.

About your dispute - you can submit a special refund request to our office manager. We are all human beings, and in our company, the compassion and care we give to clients are above all policies and business condacts. HOWEVER, if you make threats, like some of you did, there is no chance to get us "bent" and give you a refund which you're not eligible to recieve.

You are all invited to visit our offices, meet the staff, read thank-you letters from enormous amount of clients.

One last word: You should be careful when you decide to open a home business operation. Not because of the companies who offer it, but because of your own personality. No company will spend money on associates, before they prove themselves to be profitable. That is why every company will request a deposit or an investment. If you don't have what it takes - persistence, persuasion and patience - may we suggest that you go to work for someone else. Do not sign in as an associate with us, if you cannot do your part of the deal.

Graciously yours,

Tiran Zaken

The Zaken Company

P.S. Maybe instead of hiding under fictious names, either give your full names or send your requests to our offices at: Phn: 818.998.6697 or Fax 818.998.0012
