Went for an oil change and technician tighten the oil pan so badly, that the screw came out in pieces and had to change the whole pan at the dealer, which cost over $400 was stold that they would contact corporate office and since then I have called every week and each time the manager has a different excuse of why he still does not have an answer. It is always the same song: please call back tomorrow or we will call you today and today never comes.  At the time I also was told that I needed new brakes and now I wonder if that was really true and any work was done.
