Complaint Review: Tire Discounters

I spoke with someone at Tire Discounters about getting four new tires and alignment. They tell me that it would take only an hour. I sat there for almost two and half hours before they told me that the mechanic broke a bolt. Another hour has gone by, they tell me one more hour.

Finally, ready to payout and they informed me that the mechanic broke my right rear control arm. The manager Pete tells me it was okay to drive for another week. He said that they had to order the part and he would call me back the following week.

My car drives worst than before. It pulls to the left, almost like the alignment wasn't even done. When I turn my wheel to the right, my car is out of control. Well, two weeks went by and I still didn't hear anything. I called up there and to talk to Pete. He tells me that the part isn't ordered, he would call me back next week.

I also, found out that they are trying to put a used part on my car. My dealer just put that same exact part of my car four months prior. I have called up there every week and it is the same thing "We will call you back next week."

I have called the Corporate office and they haven't called me back either. My $300 in tires are going to be ruined and they don't get a s**t. I can't even drive my car now because it not safe to put my newborn in. The free alignment isnt worth the hassle!! I noticed that everyone offers the same deal that they offer now.
