Complaint Review: Tire Kingdom

I went to the Tire Kingdom to have my Kia Sedona transmission flush and ABS flush.
They showed me an estimated price on a paper, printed from their computer.

It showed $18.00 shop fees.
I asked them what it is.

The man said all auto repair shop in Florida charges 10% of the service fee as Shop Fees and he continued to say it is requried by Florida Laws.

I never saw this charge before at any other auto shop before.

I believe the Tire Kingdom was trying to rip me off.

I hope you investigate the Shop Fees are legal or not.
