Complaint Review: Tire Kingdom

Put 4 new tires on my 2012 Ford F150 truck. Change the lug nuts size without calling me and cross-threaded them onto of each of tires so I have a total of eight stripped out lug nuts between all 4 tires.
Go down to the shop 2 days later to tell me there's a problem on how lug nut is on the truck. First cannot find the paperwork and told that I am lying. After getting the paperwork was told the lug nut swelled when putting them on. This is the first time I heard of this, I served in the Air Force as crew chief of aircraft for 24 years and never heard of this. I told the manager ok the bolt swelled but you change the size of the lug number and strip them out where I cannot get the tires off. After I told them you did this I was told I need to leave or I will call the police. I want the lug number fixed but kept lying to me.
