I was hired as a auto technician for this company. Right out of the gate I saw some warning signs that I should of paid closer attention too. The very first pay check I received bounced. This was extremely alarming because I was on a 15 percent commission bases as a bumper to bumper auto technition . I do not credit for a job until work that is completed is picked up and payed for by the customer. This left me wondering why a pay check would bounce under these circumstances. This system is bullet proof for the employer (if they don't get paid I don't get paid) I was also charged a 100 percent mark up on uniforms from day one that I did not receive until week two of employment.

My pay check the week before Christmas eve was only 20 percent of what it should be. After confronting the owner he promised to get it right and to just hang in there and he will make it up. After hanging in there I had enough of not being paid for my hard work and left the company. I went to pick up my last check I was told by the manger that I didn't have one due to damage that I did on a vehicle I never worked on that was done on my day off.

I could not believe this business has been around this long ducking and diving paying here employees because the owner does not have enough money to pay his employees. There is a lot of screwed up shops out there, but these people have no class. I can't believe I have to go threw the legal process to get my last paycheck that I worked my tail off for. Good luck to anyone who trys to make a living at this circus. I feel bad for the customers if this is what they do to there employees imagine if a mistake is made on your vehicle and you ask for your money back. Its not worth the risk
