Tire Shop refused to give new tire for blownout tire under waranty 5yrs/ 80,000 miles. blew out after 6 weeks Flat Rock Michigan
I bought a set of new tires from this company Nokian entry 2.0. Was given warranty for 5 yrs/ 80,00 miles. the front tire blew out around the sidewall after about 6 weeks. tow truck driver wrote complete tire failure as it had the appearance from his experience. there was no debris or pothole hit at the time of the failure. I was initially promised a replacement tire and told the tire would be investigated. I went to get new tire and was told by owner that he is not going to eat the cost and he is not in the business of giving away tires for free. He flat out said he will not honor any warranty and I can buy more tires if I want. I am on a fixed income and a disabled person. This is dishonorable and deceptive business practice in my opinion. I got these tires on their recommendation.
