Complaint Review: Tire Works Total Car Care

I took my car to Tire works to have them just look at an oil leak. The worker asked me to come out into gararge and look at leak. I looked and then as I was walking back in to office I slipped on oil and went doen on the but and left side of me. The guy had to help me up. I was sore .

They did not charge me. so there was no paper trail.  I asked to fill out incedent report and they told me to come  back after manager gets back in. I cam back the nest day even more sore. He told me to call corparate and I said dont I fill anything our here.

And he said just call corp. He said we have it all on video tape that i slipped on a air hose. I stated,  I would like to see that and I could of swore it was oil.

I left Corp. and called coperate. She never got back with me she misssed my calls. i wrote her a letter stated I was hurt and went ot doctor and I had missed some work. I would let her know what rthe total of bills were.

Then she called me. and told me I had no proof I was in the shop . I said the video The manger said it was all on video. And she said no it wasnt and the manager told me that  you  just walked in and said I fell.

They are lieing. I am turning them into labor board. they would not even give me the guys name that helped me up. they said he disapeared.
