Complaint Review: Tire Works Total Car Care

I purchased new tires and wheels for $2,200 mainly because the manager (Matt Patkoff) told me I could sell the old ones (Michelans) on e-bay for $1,000 and then the true price would be only $1,200. I agreed and told him to hold my old tires for a few days and I would have someone come by to pick them up. 4 days later they were gone! He said he let them be picked up (by mistake) and could not get them back, and that it was too bad.

I'm sure someone made $1,000 but it wasn't me.
