Do not buy from here ever! Owner, Mike, says has 20 yrs. of experience; BS! I got my tires done here. took 1 1/2 hours. when the owner drove it off the rack, he FORGOT to put the lug nuts on properly so when he made a turn, my tire fell off. his mistake damaged the driver side front fender, paint job & wheel. He pleaded his apology & embarrassment. Said that i didn't have to pay for the tires & of course the damages.
took my Land Rover LR3 to the shop. took 4 days. had to get a rental & had to take 2 hours off of work. big hassle. when i called him back with the qoute of damages he blew up & said that he never said the tires where free & to take the amount out from the damages which i was finally fine with since i wanted it over with until he also refused to give me a reciept of sale. i told him i would not pay him until he provided me with one. he refused and stated that he didn't want anything from me, blew up, & hung up the phone.
then i see him again & raises a cursing scene saying that i am a crook and am trying to rip him off. whatever. i think he forgot who was the victim here. he lied twice to me! tried to fight me in front of some kids. not very professional. he's a crook and very dishonest. STAY AWAY!

I was a regular customer at my tire zone where I live and had a bad experience. They tried to over charge me for a used tire and I rec'd the wrong size tire also. They did not tell me that it was the wrong size and wanted to take advantage of me because I am a women. I called them and told them it was the wrong size and they said come in and so I did. Then they tell me that is the closest size they had for my car. I said well if you would have told me that then I would not have got it. Anyway then I decided to go there again when I had a flat and could barely make it there since it was close by. I got a used tire and they tried to charge me $10 xtra to take my old tire away. I could barely understand the guy and they never charged that before. Anyway so I said I will put the old tire in my trunk and take it away myself. Then the next day the tire they gave me popped. I went back and they said they will give me another tire for only $20, a tiny discount from what I had paid. I said that is not fair, they finally agreed to just charge $10. I said okay but to pleazzze give me a better tire then before. I will not go there again! I filled a Rebuttal here too! In my opinion they should have given you at least discounted tires for your trouble, if not free at least discounted. My mom had a similar exp from a tire company, a major tire and brake place and they did the same thing and refused to pay for anything so at least you got a little lucky and had got your damages fixed, should have for work hours lost as well.

IT WAS ABOUT 7:15PM I WAS VERY TIRED WHEN THE CUSTOMER (MY SON'S FOOTBALL COACH) SHOWED UP AND HE SAID THAT THIS IS THE ONLY TIME HE CAN DO THE TIRES "I MADE A MISTAKE AND I ADMIT IT AND WILL PAY FOR MY MISTAKE AND PAID THE CUSTOMER FULL REFUND FOR THE CAR REPAIR AND CAR RENTAL FEES" THE CUSTOMER WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION AND TRIED TO GET THE TIRES FOR FREE. $600.00 VALUE. I WAS DRIVING THE CAR WHEN THIS HAPPENED NO ONE WAS HURT MISTAKES HAPPEN I AM ONLY HUMAN.
