Tires Plus ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Watertown Wisconsin
I took my 95 TA in for an oil change and came out with a broken neon kit and a suggestion that my 6 month old tires needed to be replaced.
I took the car back for them to "inspect" my claim and was told that it was impossible for them to have broken the tubing as they had changed the oil on the proper hoist. However, they said that first they were going to use the other hoist but realized that the car sat too low and there would not be proper clearance.
Yeah, so why is the breakage in the exact location that the arms came out?
They will not give me the name of the franchise owner and said that the case is closed as the mechanic who worked on the car is going to school to be a minister and would not lie. I guess they
mean that I am a liar.

Call the Corporate Office
#2Consumer Suggestion

I would recommend calling their corporate office at 1-800-440-4167. I recently had a problem at the local Tires Plus, and they were able to help me out at that number. Most likely they will take your complaint, and then have the District Manager in your area contact you. Good Luck!!
