Complaint Review: Titan Brick

Hired Titan Brick per recommendation of Thumbtack (contractor referral agency) to repair cracks in mortar in several areas of outside walls of my house.

Per written contract, Titan quaranteed mortar color match between the areas where mortar was replaced and the areas where mortar was not replaced- new and old mortar match.

At time work was completed, I informed the lead worker that the colors didn't match. He stated that I had to wait at least 1 week before I could evaluate the color match. However, stated that I had to pay total invoice upon completion of work. I paid it.

I waited at least 2 weeks but there was no change in the gross mismatch of colors.

I contacted Titan and sent pictures of the mismatched mortar. They scheduled rework but no one showed. Contacted them again and rework was scheduled a second time. No one showed again.

Contacted Titan a 3rd time. Refused to reschedule and response was: "You can thank Thumbtack".

Tried several times to contact them but no response was received. Dialed their phone # but didn't accept my calls.

In the last several months I have tried to obtain assistance from several agencies but there has been no resoulution.

I want a full refund from Titan as they have refused to perform satisfactory work per their written guarantee.
