Titan Financial called me up. In the beginning I did not know the name of the company. They told me that I had been approved for a credit card but that I had to pay $299 it was kinda like a security deposit or something like that.

The money was taken out of my account on April 23 and an entire month later I received a package with a booklet and an application asking for another $35 for a "Gold Cash" card. Within this month, I called them several times because it was taking a long time to receive the card that I was suppose to be receiving. They sounded professional and nothing seemed suspicious.

Now, I am calling them telling them that I want my money back so they tell me to send the package back and then they will give me my money back. I mailed the package back and I waited 7 days to see the money back in my account. There was extra money. There arrived in the mail the package that I had sent back to them.

I called them and told them that the package was refused and asked them what that was all about. I was given no logical explanation. From there I should have known to call the bank to say that they took money out of my account that I didn't authorize.

I should have known that I wasn't going to get my money back because they kept on talking about some refund letter that up until today I was still waiting to receive.
I called them just before my attempt to search for them on the internet. The number kept disconnecting me. This entire time I was aggressive with trying to get mey money back. All attempts failed. I called them 2-3 times a week. Now the reality has set in that I won't be getting my money back.
