In April, 2004 Titan Financial phoned me at my neighbors
residence saying they received my application for a mastercard. I didn't remember filling out such an application but I thought maybe I just didn't remember this particular one. They wanted my checking account number so they could take $299.00 out of my checking account on April 30, 2004. I was reluctant to give out this information, but I did since they promised me within 15 days I would receive my mastercard and could withdraw $500.00 cash from this card. Well, here it is going on 20 days from the time they withdrew $299.00 from my account and I have not received anything from this company. I called the phone number they gave me and I get nothing but a hang-up noise. I really can't afford to lose $299.00 at this time. I am a widowed mother who lives on $1150.00 per month and nothing more. This caused my rent check to bounce and my checking account is a mess!

I would like to find out how to get back my money if possible. There has to be a way to get my money back from these thieves.I would also like to press criminal charges on them for scamming me out of my money I need to live on.
