On March 17, 2004, I was contacted by telephone at my place of employment.

I was informed due to my bad credit I could reestablish credit with Titan International. I was asked for account information to debit $299.00 from my financial institution. I was reluctant to give information but was assured that I would be issued a Mastercard with a credit limit of $2500.00.

I informed this person I could not actually afford this amount as the debit date was too close to my due date of my monthly rent where I live. I was told that I would receive the Mastercard in time to withdraw cash to place in my account.

After the money was debited from my account, I contacted Titan International with the 800 number given to me at time of first contact with tracking number. I spoke with a female this time who assured me my Mastercard account was in process and would take 12 to 26 days from the debit date to receive Mastercard with $2500.00 credit limit.

I have since notified my financial establishment and they are in the process of investigating bank fraud.

To date, I have not received Mastercard or response from Titan Financial or Titan International.
