Stay away from Titan Infrastructure Group, Titan Systems, and Video Next. The owners Nathaniel Ferraco and Chris Gettings have been through mulitple bankruptcies and do not pay their employees or invoices from vendors and contractors for work that has been completed. They have merged companies and filed bankruptcy several times in order to stay in business and still owe millions of dollars in back taxes and money to employees since they refused to pay salaries and per diems once money started to get tight. They also deducted 401k and child support payments from employees checks and never applied the funds to the correct accounts leaving employees with a mess to try and sort out themselves.
Both Nathaniel Ferraco and Chris Gettings have laid off employees with no notice and have litteraly been trying to take advantage of the pandemic situtation by applying for federal small business stimulus loans to cover payroll for employees who were laid off with no intention of bringing them back.
They claim to be a family oriented Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, but the fact is they treated the employees who were veterans themselves horribly and took adavnatge of them. Nathaniel and Chris are liars, cheats, and have been conducting illegal and fraudlent business practices for years. The staff that is left is unqualified to run a business and all their internal crews have decided to go work elsewhere.
Please make sure you do research if your thinking about working for or with any of these companies as they will falsify financial documents, safety documents, employee certifications, and anyhting else necessary to get a purchase or task order. If you google Nathaniel Ferraco you will see the many lawsuits and bankrupticies he has went through and are currently dealing with.
