Complaint Review: Titan LED

 I can’t believe I’m writing this but I feel its something that must be done. FAIR WARNING to any other company wanting to do business with Titan LED or its owner Brian Hennessy! We were recently solicited by these crooks to do an “audit” (essentially us letting them in our building to count every single light in it so they can try to prove how much money we’d be saving by switching to LED) that apparently we would have to PAY for. Are you kidding me? Why would we do that when, once we did our research, we found out that, not only does no other LED lighting company charge a fee to “audit” your building, but on top of that, we found out that virtually every other LED company around has better pricing than they do. And once I brought all of this to their attention? Well first off, all of a sudden the audit fee was waved. Somehow magically. And their excuse for their astronomically higher than everyone else’s pricing? They have all their LED lights (and I quote) “manufactured right here in the United States unlike that cheap sh** from China that will break on you at any given moment since they don’t have strict regulations on their products like they do here.” Well that’s interesting. Especially when, after further inspection, their LED lights are actually just “assembled” here using Chinese pieces! Do NOT get fooled and/or taken advantage of by these criminals. We have notified all of our neighboring businesses already and its time everyone else finds out now too.
