Just like many have said this company is a total ripoff. The sales representive LaQuita Moscoso faxed my business a promotion about their special. I called the number and was told they were running a promotion for tax preparers. As the paper stated No monthly service fee, no contract and a transaction fee of .10 per transaction. She went on to say no minimun use, no charge for the equipment and I could suspend the account after tax season if I would like but it would not be necessary as there was no charges except for when I used it for transactions. January 2016

I got the machine set it up and used very little through April and very little after that. I received statements for Jan, Feb, and March. Didn't really think anything about not getting another statement since I didn't use the machine much and this is my busy time. The fees I was charged didn't make since to me because they seemed more than I remembered but I didn't have time to go over too much and it wasn't outrageous. Then I noticed on my bank statement was a charge in May and I got to seeing what the charge was for. Well without a statement I really couldn't tell. June $30, July $30, Aug $30, Sept $55. I then received a letter from National payment processing effective Aug for a statement I would receive in Sept( I had received) a $25 monthly minimun discount fee will be added. If you disagreed call 1-800-554-4777 customer service. For 2 days I got the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

The battle began! Well they couldn't do anything until I was in compliance and they wouldn't close my account and issue a refund until I ran the scan. I did not want to but decided that was the only way to get matters taken care of. I was told they would refund the fees and send a label for me to send the machine back. If I hadn't ran the scan they would only refund $90. Oct fee of $57, Nov $27, Dec $27. I called numerous times and got different numbers to call where I was told it was not the correct number. Finally a good number if I really wanted to close my account but another scan. I refused to run the scan and so I called Joseph at 800-396-5660 ext 7914. He was the account closer. I received a call while I was out of the office and an email. The email sent an updated closing for which looked just like the one I got off their website and had faxed already. I had also the same day returned the machine at my expense of $11.35.

I continue to receive emails telling me I need to run the pci scan. I also received an email asking for the update close account request form. I checked my bank statement and found they had taken another 116.95 out of my account. I called Joseph and again got the run around and why was I just now calling if I wanted my account closed since May? I told the numerous customer service people I spoke to in September I was not authorizing them to take any more money from my account and I wanted the account closed and the machine out of my office. I couldn't run the scan they were charging me for not doing because I did not even have an online account set up. They had to give me the websites and user names for me to get started. Proof I knew nothing about any of their rediculous charges until September 2016. I expected the account to be closed in early October but apparently that was another mistake I made. I didn't follow up very well because my husband was diagnoised with brain cancer mid Oct and we have been a little busy with doctors as one can imagine. I have asked again to close my account and refund the money they have taken $402.95. He seemed more concerned that I refax the updated form for closure. The heading is the difference. The website one says National Payment Processing Merchant Services and the updated one is Titan Merchant Services. By the way I haven't been able to log into my so called account via their website since October so I couldn't check to see what was going on. To date $402.95 out of my account and none is for any transactions. Ripoff! Please do not use this company. They also ask you to sign a contract that you can not read first. But not to worry she read it to me and she would send me a copy. Big Mistake
