Complaint Review: TITAN PEELER

TITAN PEELER didn't complete order online but sent anyway. They won't refund any shipping and handling charges. So I'm stuck with those charges! Internet

 I went online to order the Tri Titan Peeler recently. I didn't click on submit which completes any order. I decided to check out reviews from other customers first before completing the order. I didn't like what I read . 


 This company sent the peelers(total 3) anyway and I was charged the amount to my credit card used. I called them about this and they said they couldn't cancel sending them to me. I returned the peelers after I received them.


 I contacted my credit card company and they said they can't credit any shipping and handling charges. I have been credited for only the inital costs of each peeler. I called Titan Peeler and they told me that they don't credit any shipping and handling costs.


  This is a outrageous scam! Other people have had the same experience with this company. My shipping costs is $15.98. That is extra money in their pocket! Other people have been sent more than they ordered and are stuck with the shipping costs also! This company needs to be investigated and charged with fradulant business practices!


I will call them again and let them know that if they don't refund the shipping and handling charges since I didn't submit the order that I will turn them in to any necessary organizations that deals in this kind of matter!
