My suggestion to you is there are a lot of Contractors out there and you should just skip this one no matter how good the excuse is as to why they felt the need to rip me off for $130K +.
I could give you my whole story but long story short you only have a few things that are super important in a transaction and completion of a promised Scope of Work.
Trust, contracts with penalties, good workmanship and quality of service/labor. They failed in all categories.
Spend your time finding someone that isn't Titan and worse case scenario, you'll be as bad off as I am with someone else. If you chose them, you are guaranteed to be ripped off!
