i was approached at my place of business, and asked by a young woman if i was interested in receiving magazines at a great discount. i looked thru the many lists of magazines and decided i liked two of them, both about four wheelers.
I asked what she was doing in the area and she stated she was being paid to travel around and sell magazines and that she only needed a few more sales to be in first place. i asked to see her crudentials and she showed me her permit to vend and her state id, which was from ohio.
We talked for quite awhile and i decided she seemed to be trustworthy so i ordered the two fourwheeler magazines and wrote a check for 89$ on september 3, 2009. the check was cashed on september 14, 2009. I still have not received anything from this company.
i have the information where the check was deposited, and stamped.
