Complaint Review: Titanium Alarm Company

****TITANIUM THE WORSE COMPANY FOR HOME ALARM SYSTEM**** THEY WILL SELL YOU EVERYTHING BUT WHEN IT COMES TO TECH SUPPORT YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TELLING YOU TO  PAY $5.00 PER MONTH EXTRA TO GET SOMEONE COME TO YOUR HOME BUT THEY WILL CANCEL OR NOT SHOW UP TO THE APPOITMENTS. 

TAKING $81.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH AND I HAVE NO SERVICE WORKING DOOR BELL OR CAMERAS DONT WORK AND THEY WILL NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. " TOTAL SCAM"

I'm here to let people know of this company and their services. I keep getting bill for $81.00 including the $5.00 service fee in case you have any problems for over 6 weeks my home alarm and my door bell installed by this company has not been working, they will not provide tech support or call you back to help you resolve the problem. I should be getting credit back for the 2 months my equipment has not been working but they are ignoring my calls

1) left messages for Tech support to call and nobody will call you back

2) they will keep you on hold and hang up on you if you try to call little after 3pm  hold time is from 4 min - 40 mins

3) Tech support will give you the run around ask you to call 3rd party companies not to help you

My case is this:

a doorbell was installed at my house since day one that doorbell has not been working , it was replaced twice and we still have problems the only answer  Titanium will give you " is defective" to get them to service the thing takes months. -Techs dont keep up their schedule and if they do they lie about coming to your home and blame it on you.

I had an appoitment according tot hem they call me I took the day off to be at home and they never showed my husband and I were home they said the tech guy knocked on our door and we never answered THAT IS FALSE.

THE CAMERAS INSTALLED CAN'T BE VIEW FROM OUR PHONE THEY COMPLETELY STOP WORKING.

FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS GOING ON 4 WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM AND WE GET VOICE MAILS OR THEY ASK US TO CALL 626-961-8810 WHICH IS A THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND GUESS WHAT  THEY ASK US TO CALL TITANUM BACK , WE ARE GOING BACK AND FORTH AND NO HELP AT ALL

THEIR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK

TECH SUPPORT OR OFFICE MANAGER DO NOT CALL YOU BACK

AND I HAVE LEFT MESSAGS FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BAC AND ALL I GET TRANSFER IS TO A VOICE AMIL

THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM US AND NOT PROVIDING SERVICED

I WANT MY SERVICE PROMISED OR OUT THE CONTRACT. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY PROBLEM IS SOLVE AND I WILL SEAK LEGAL HELP FOR ALL THE DAMAGE, TIME THIS IS CAUSING ME.
