Complaint Review: Titanium Sales Inc.

A kid from a local high school was doing a door knock for a fund raiser. Nice kid who I really wanted to help out so I bought a magazine subscription from him.  The paperworknotes that the first issue should be received within 120 days. My purchase was on 5-31-12, 6 months ago now.  I have called the customer service number on the paperwork numerous times only to get a recorder and leaving a message each time requesting information about my order. I have not received any response. I have sent email messages to the address on the paperwork resulting in the same response - nothing!!  I have been ripped off for sure and it makes me mad!  Protect yourself and do not buy magazine subsriptions from door knock sales.
