This company is more than helpful and eager when they want to get you signed up for a contract. However, if you need service or assistance at all, good luck, not able to reach anyone. We currently have one camera that is not operating, only one camera, probably something simple. However, since we cannot get contact with anyone in customer service ever, this camera is useless as a security device.
