What is the average of revenue of all clubs not just the top 10% What is the attrition rate for members, What is the average membership number per all clubs not just the top 10%. Do you ever assist clubs without charging fees. Do you tell people that you are with them all the way and charge them for any assistance or training. Do you require updates of clubs that does not help the performance of the club. Do you use vendors that give you rebates or kickbacks. How many owners have been involved with the ownership of the franchise. What % of Franchisees are the original buyers of the location. How many Franchisees bought multiple territories and did not open them. How many Franchises did you sell and how many are open, How many Franchises did you sell that has not opened in the first year. I am not saying they did any of these things, but please ask these questions and I suggest you get them in writing as a proper business practice.
