Complaint Review: Title Clearing and Escrow LLC

Closed on house on Nov 21,2018. Their notary came to our bank because their offices were being remodeled or so they said. We transferred  funds to Bank of Texas account Account holder Title Clearing and Escrow llc. We signed the papers and I asked why we were not getting a copy of completed papers and was told by notary she didnt know. My husband called them and asked what was going on and was told the lady in charge had a baby but everything was good. We were dealing with natinal companies so we were well stupid. The bank selling the house was Suntrust Mortgage. Auction.com had the listing and fullfilled their required parts. Suntrust kept getting blamed for delaying the closing by not signing documents. We thought everyting was ok at this point. We had paid for the house with a bank transfer and were promised we would get a title policy and documents within 7 days. 

We went to tax appraiser office to file a homestead exemption and were told sorry you do NOT own the house. It was never transferred in our name. Taxes have not been paid and a lien will be placed on it if not paid by April. 

So whats next?

Called all the companies involved and this was their answer.

Suntrust Mortgage  said seek legal help. We can't help you.

Title Clearing in Tulsa (main office). Office in Plano Tx moved. Here is their phone number. It is answering machine. The do not return or answer the phone.

Title Clearing  in Texas has changed their name to Commonwealth. According to Texas Insurance website they have a Alias listed which is Commonweath. They do not have any address or searchable contacts.

I will contacting attorney shortly and filing charges of theft against the company. I will update as i know more.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE COMPANIES. DAX JUNKER OWNS THEMS BUT HE HAS REGISTERED THE COMPANY AS A FORIEGN COMPANY.
