Complaint Review: Title Loan America - Loan Central

BE WARNED - TITLE LOAN AMERICA - SOVEREIGN LENDING SOLUTIONS will take advantage of your situation.  DO NOT ACCEPT LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY.  You will not receive a fair loan amount compared to the value of you car and the interest rate is extremely high; and then if you are one day late on repaying the loan they will order a repossession of your car.  They do not care about your situation and I found the company representatives got very aggressive toward the end of the year and close to Christmas as if they were being given an incentive to collect payments.  

If you are in deseparate need of money - try alternatives first and if you must consider a car title loan DO NOT USE TITLE LOAN AMERICA.
