TITLE MAX I was not even one month overdue, and they came to my house banging on the door demanding my vehicle! Toccoa, Georgia
I borrowed some money from Title Max putting up the title to my SUV. They have the title. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was 3 1/2 weeks late for a payment. I told them on the phone they would be paid when I get my SS check next month. I admit to owing them the money.
However, their harassing phone calls and then sending one of their agents to my home banging on my door demanding payment & the SUV was a little bit over the top!
They will be paid! But, as a senior citizen and law abiding citizen, I feel they carried this too far!!
