I can't believe I didn't catch this earlier. $11.99 taken out each month. I did a search on the internet and their most frequent occurrence was on this ripoff report site. I called them and they claimed I signed up for some coupon thing in october. I asked them to reverse their charges and they said they could not do that but they could cancel my "account". I asked " have I used any of said coupons? They said no. I called my card. Maybe they can reverse some of them
