I paid for a carpet shampo and waited over three days for it to dry and the car had a bad smell from the wet carpet. I left al the doors and windows open in a well ventilated area hoping it would dry. I return to TLS and one of the managers came out an felt the carpet and h indicated that it was stil wet and shoud have not been liket that. They offered to reclean the carpet to get rid of of the serices. Once I returned to get my carpet the carpet was still very wet and I asked why was it so dap. I was told tha's the best that they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and requested a refund. A emloyee who was not the manager came to speak with me was told they could not give me a refund. That nothing could be done. They never offered me any other apology or and other service to compensate me for the poor services. The Manager over the buisness would not come out and talk to me at all. If this is how they conduct buisness they should close the doors or come up with a cleaning system. I came home and had to use my how shampooer to remove the excessive water from my floor. It took me over an hour to get the water up and only two hours to dry.
