This company has a contract that specifies no refund for any reason. Well, who knew that included them not showing up or meeting their commitments?? The owner, Bill Glatzell, was specified as trainer in my contract. He did not show for 2 appointments. After the second appointment, he did not return calls or try to make another appointment. I gave up and asked for a refund my mail and was told no. I have filed witht he BBB in Arizona as well. I hate to see others ripped off also and NOW he is franchising into other states! WATCH OUT!

If you have such an honorable money back guarantee, than why don't you give these consumers back their money? In business you should be reaping good will, not threatening your clients. I am willing to update all my complaints as settled if you honor your guarantee. Unfortunately, these people realize that they will never see a cent and your money back guarantee is as valuable as your training!
