Complaint Review: TLC Marketing

TLC Marketing - JCPenny We purchased Dockers so that we could get vouchers for air travel and when we first submitted they responded with choices instaed of flights of $125 per voucher and other options. We wanted the flight options and were told the flight dates would be extended out and we had until the end of this year to select our choices. We did that today to the travel agency TLC was using denied. Boston Massachusetts

TLC has not yet honored the JCPenny flight promotion which they extended for us until the end of 2008 due to overwelming response. They gave us a choice of extending flights out to accomadate response or $125 per voucher we wanted flights. All I want to know is there a class action lawsuit against JCPenny and TLC yet and if so can they please contact me so I can be added? If not how can we start one?
