Hi, like many others that I read about, I was also given the chance for 2 free tickets once I signed up for T-Mobile's family plan back in 2007.

I sent in my forms, I received a call from TLC in Sept 2008 to let me know they needed additional info, I gave it to them and then never heard from them again.
I was suppose to travel March 2009 but after numorous voicemails, I've not gotten any calls back. When I called T-Mobile about it, they gave me a different number to call but when I call it, I am told they don't have my info and I need to contact T-Mobile.

I have wasted too much of my time on this and it's unfair on T-Mobile's behalf. They should not advertise something that they are not planning on giving people.
I've never had an issue with T-Mobile (phone-wise) and I have always liked them as a carrier. But now I have changed my mind.

This is false advertisement and it's a rip-off.
If anyone knows who I can contact or how I can pursue this further please let me know.
Thanks,

Eleni
