Complaint Review: TLC Pet Transport

 I was interested in adopting a Femail Yorkie named Tina she is 11 weeks old.  After some emailing and texting for a day I didnt hear anything for a day then got an email asking if I was still interested in the puppy, although I had already sent a text and email inquiring about her.  On the final day, i got an email with a registration code for the puppy and that the owner had to pay an additional fee of $55.00 for urgent delivery.  The Agency is TLC Pet Transport.  She stated she had to pay the $55 in advance but was happy to do it.  She stated she gave them all the details to contact me and that i would have to call 917-213-8044 for TLC and pay the delivery fee in advance.  Once i did that i would get all the details of delivery.  The deliver fee is $350.00.  I was given details of stuff in her crate adoption paperwork and food.  She wanted me to send her a picture of me and the dog when delivered.  The last sentence stated ......stay well and stay blessed.  Some of the things that stuck out to me was how busy the registration place was but she was able to get it done my registration code is A51/US/2/AAPD.  I had to pay a money gram.  I felt uncomfortable about it so i decided to look up TLC pet transport and then read 2 similar stories to mine.  I did call the 917-213-8044 and was transfered to someone right off that i couldnt understand and this confirmed to me it was in fact a scam, i was thankful i did research before providing any banking information at all.  I have emailed back this mellisa and told her how upset it is that people like her can attempt to do this to people and how they can look at themselves in the mirror.  Please Please research this before even giving any information.
